New solution enables engaging, virtual events in a streamlined, web-based environment

14th August 2020 – AVIANET, digital and IT services specialist and subsidiary of AVIAREPS, today announced the release of its new web-based, 2D virtual event solution, expanding on the Virtual Event Platform (VEP) launched last year. The new version, VEP 2D, lets organizers plan and hold interactive, online events for an unlimited number of attendees and exhibitors who can participate from their preferred device.

Exhibitors can create a booth in the Exhibition Area, where visitors can view brochures, videos and other materials. At the booth, visitors can also live chat with representatives to find out more about the business. By hosting a live presentation or panel in the virtual Live Auditorium, exhibitors have the undivided attention of the attendees and answer questions from the audience. With the option to live stream from their video camera, exhibitors can create a more engaging, face-to-face experience for the attendees. For a more flexible option, presenters can pre-record a presentation for the On-Demand Auditorium. For more personal conversations, exhibitors can schedule meetings with suppliers or visitors directly in the One-To-One Meeting Room. There is even a Download Center, where guests can download presentations, videos, brochures, and any other digital assets. All areas are easily accessible through the Exhibition Hall, where visitors have a clear overview of the event.
